    Help with Oracle Newsletter Subscriptions

This may be off-topic but I'm hoping someone (possibly even from Oracle
    itself) can help me.

    I have an OTN account.

I'm TRYING to get to the Oracle newsletter page to subscribe to some
    newsletters but:

    1.  When I try to log in using my OTN username/password it says invalid
account/password.  I know it's valid because I used it just earlier to
    download some software.

    2.  When I try to create a new newsletter account it says the email address
is already in use.  That email is mine so it may have been entered when I
created my OTN account way back but I can't find out where I'd go on the
Oracle site to edit my information.

Does anybody have any idea what I can do?  I have tried contacting Oracle
but haven't heard anything back yet.

    Thanks

Just hit the account URL in the right upper corner of the OTN

Oracle is all messed up on a lot of this stuff, you may have to call
and bug them if they don't contact you in a timely fashion, especially
if you had an account from before they used email as a login id (see
    http://groups.google.com/group/comp.databases.oracle.misc/msg/d3fe78b...
    ).
