    Strong Oracle Developer with strong experience working in PHARMACEUTICAL
    DOMAIN
    LMS experience is required, ideal candidate should have Pfizer
    experience as well.

    As a Project Lead, this person will be responsible for leading the new
    Learning Management System roll out to the manufacturing sites; this
    includes but not limited to coordinating the implementation activities
    with the sites and managing the external resources responsible for the
    execution of the sites data migration.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Manage the sites implementation of the new Learning Management System
    - Oversee/Manage the work of external consultants to make sure that
    their tasks are being completed per the project timelines,
    - Lead the daily technical implementation activities such as the data
    migration tasks,
    - Participate in generating and/or reviewing the project technical
    documentation and validation documentation.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Proficiency working with relational databases such as Oracle 9i and
    SQL Server MUST
    - Strong Project Management skills MUST
    - Strong Analytical, problem solving abilities and troubleshooting
    skills MUST
    - Experience with database development using SQL and PL/SQL MUST
    - Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills MUST
    - In depth experience with client server applications and architectures
    MUST
    - Understanding of the SDLC Methodology MUST
    - Proficiency with the Windows NT Server and UNIX (Sun Solaris) OS MUST
    - Experience with Shell scripting - PREFERRED
    - Experience with data migration PREFERRED
    - Experience with release management PREFERRED
    - Experience working in a validated environment (i.e. CFR Part 11)
    PREFERRED
    - Experience in supporting a Learning Management System(such as Plateau)
    PREFERRED
