    Hi, kvazar,

    Thank you for your interest in CK-ERP.

    I am afraid eGW is in a somewhat transitional period.

    For CK-ERP 0.21.1:    eGW1.2-106 + CK-ERP 0.21.1 - works fine;
    eGW1.4beta1 + CK-ERP 0.21.1 - will fail.
    For CK-ERP 0.22.1:    eGW1.2-106/1.4beta1 - work fine.  eGW SVN trunk or
    the new 1.4 branch - don't know.

    If you installed eGW via apt-get, that would be another can of worms.

    If eGW version compatibility is not the problem, then I think a bit
    further information is needed to aid diagnostics.  Specifically, when
    you mentioned,

    "i have check application, there was non of ck-erp"

    I)    Are you referring to eGW admin login -> Admin app ->
    Applications    or,
    II)   Are you referring to eGW's setup Step 5 - Advanced Application
    Management.

    If II) is true,

    a)    Did you see the various ck-xxx modules listed along separate
    individual rows ?
    b)    Does the ck-xxx rows show any dependency problems ?

    Cheers,
    CK

    hi,
    thx for reply. i have figure it out , i had to commplitly  remove
    egw., clear (delete) all private data in firefox and then  reinstall
    egw ,ck-erp,
    now i m traing to figure it out how to change tax name and
    rate(different country different name and rate), or other similar
    variable in ck erp which are specific for the country in which is
    going to be used. i was in ck-admin but there i could not find the way
    to change it. or i it is missing.
    probably it is simple but i can find it.
    thx.

    Hi, Kvazar,

    I normally stop answering queries once the initial installation hurdle
    is overcome.  However, I'll make an exception in this case.  To edit
    existing tax items/rates or to add new tax item/rate, please access,

    ck-ap -> tax       or.
    ck-ar -> tax        or,
    ck-po -> tax       or,
    ck-so -> tax        or,
    ck-quote -> tax

    At the same time, one FAQ listed at ck-erp.org and ck-erp.net, indicates,

    Q. Where to enter (xxx) entries or perform (yyy) functions ?
    A. The best way to find out is to do one round of clicking all ck-xxx
    module icons and follow through all the header menu choices and study
    all the subsequent system flows. It is also very important to read in
    detail the entire content of each module's index page. The on-screen
    prompt of each screen display will also provide contextual guide on how
    to interpret the displayed text and figures.

    Furthermore, the index page of every ck-erp modules carries this
    important message,

    *Do not expect any help nor assistance on this module from anyone.

    *Best Regards,
    CK
